Trip cost of $2,575 per person (double occupancy) or $2,975 (solo traveler) includes:
Round-trip airfare from the closest major U.S. airport (Steve will book the reservations)
Hotel accommodations in Quito, Baños, and Otavalo (based on double occupancy)
Breakfast each day (provided by the hotels)
Personal pick-up and transportation to and from Mariscal Sucre airport in Quito
Transportation throughout the trip: in and around Quito, and to Mindo, Baños, and Otavalo. Taxi cabs on your own time are safe and inexpensive ($2-$5/ride)

Check or credit card payments accepted. Checks can be made payable to “Big Ideas Publishing, LLC” and sent to Steve Roller, 590 Harvest Ln, Verona WI 53593. For credit card payments or checks, you have two options – a one-time payment or three installments.

Please note: all rates based on double occupancy. Singles can share a room with another Ecuador Excursion traveler (two beds) for the same price, or add $400 for single occupancy.
Payments are non-refundable after 30 days from initial payment, but can be applied to a future trip or transferred to anyone else. If we find a replacement for you ourselves, we’ll gladly refund your money at any time up to 60 days before the trip.
Trip cost includes breakfast each day at three of the four hotels (last two days’ breakfast not included). Other meal costs are separate and not included. You’ll find a wide range, from tasty $2 meals in local shops to $15 gourmet meals. Food and restaurants are inexpensive in Ecuador. Allow for $5-10 per person per meal.
Not included: snacks, souvenirs, or wild and crazy nights out on the town on your own.
This is a trip for adults 18 and over. Emida and I love kids but this trip would be a different experience if we opened it to everyone.
